Shipping policy

'inseminmate' currently ships to addresses throughout Australia and globally. We primarily utilise AusPost or USPS Priority Mail for the majority of our shipments.

We offer same day dispatch for all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Please note that this policy applies to in-stock items only and does not apply to pre-orders or backordered items.


TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

  • Generally, shipments are in transit for 1– 4 days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order handling time is 0 -1 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order cut-off time will be 04:00 PM Time Zone:  (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne)


Delivery Terms
We use AusPost, USPS/ UPA, DHL, OSM to deliver the product.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For Australian buyers, we provide complimentary express shipping on orders exceeding $50 AUD. Shipping rates are as follows: $9.70 for standard shipping and $12.70 for express shipping via Australia Post.

International Customers

International shipping rates vary depending on your location. For orders totaling $250 USD or more, we offer free international shipping. However, for orders below this threshold, international shipping rates start as low as $16.70 USD.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for free to customers within 20 km of our store. We currently do not offer in-store pickup.

Deliveries are made same day for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

Please ensure that you provide us with an accurate phone number at checkout to avoid any delays in your delivery. We will contact you via text message to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Please note that our same day dispatch policy only applies to in-stock items and does not include pre-orders or backordered items. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@inseminmate.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
